This Chinese chicken chow mein recipe provides you with a Chinese-style spicy noodles with boneless chicken. It is cooked with stir frying method in Chinese style.
Instructions to make Chinese Chicken Chow Mein:
- First, season the chicken breast with black pepper, soy sauce, constarch, oyster sauce and seasoning. Cover with a cling film and put in the refrigerator to marinate for at least an hour.
- In a clean bowl, make the sauce by combining oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, chilli sauce, honey, vinegar and chilli. Cook the noodles in enough water until soft (not overcooked). Strain in a colander and drizzle some sesame oil over it. Use a fork to combine and set aside.
